Ken Love is a lifelong resident of Clover, where his family has deep roots dating back to 1770. His great-grandfather proudly fought in the American Revolution, and Ken himself served as a veteran of the United States Air Force

A 1965 graduate of Clover High School, Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1969, followed by a Master of Accountancy from the same institution in 1970.As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ken is an active member of the South Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field, he was honored as the Outstanding CPA in South Carolina in 1997.Deeply committed to his faith community, Ken is a dedicated member of Bowling Green Presbyterian Church, where he has served as an elder, Sunday School teacher, treasurer, and on various committees.

Ken's passion for public service extends to numerous non-profit organizations, where he has held board positions. He currently serves on the York County Board of Voter Registration and Elections.

A Rotarian since 1980, Ken has held key leadership roles including president, vice president, and treasurer, and he is a distinguished Paul Harris Fellow.

Today, Ken applies his expertise as the Chief Financial Officer of Clover School District 2, ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting educational excellence in his hometown.
